Cold water450 g
Cup4 Oz

Strawberry sauceto taste

A 500 g pack + 1 L of cold water = about 3 L of ice cream.

Method

  1. Combine

Put the Top ice powder and cold water in the mixing bowl and stir until even.

  2. Chill 2 hours

Put the mix in the freezer for 2 hours, until very cold.

  3. Whip 5–7 minutes

Whip with a mixer until it rises like whipped cream.

  4. Freeze

Transfer to a closed container, then freeze for at least 5 hours (5–7 hours).

  5. Serve

Fill the cup with strawberry ice cream. Add a layer of Oreo crumble, then drizzle with strawberry sauce.

Why chill for 2 hours?

A very cold mix rises much more easily, and higher, when whipped.
