Terms & conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all purchases on la-gelato.com from SIE YULYANI RN (La Gelato), Sanggrahan, Caturharjo, Sleman, Special Region of Yogyakarta 55515, Indonesia. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Products

• Base powders and ingredients (GS-BASE, GP-BASE, syrups, SOFTIZ, Top ice, tester packs): shipped all over Indonesia.
• Ready-to-serve gelato in 5 L pans: Yogyakarta area only (see Shipping & returns), minimum 4 pans.
• All La Gelato products are Halal Indonesia certified, ID34110018472490624.
• Product photos are for illustration. Contents and weights follow the description on the product page.
• Business packages and partnerships are not sold through the online shop: both are covered by separate agreements.

3. Prices

• Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The price that applies is the one shown when the order is placed.
• Wholesale prices for GS-BASE and GP-BASE apply automatically per sachet: 10–29 sachets and 30–1,000 sachets. For more than 1,000 sachets, ask for a quote on WhatsApp.
• Shipping costs are calculated and shown before payment.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment has been received and you have received a confirmation email. If a product turns out to be unavailable, we contact you to offer a replacement or refund that product.

5. Payment

Payment is made with the methods available at checkout and is processed by a payment service provider. We do not store your card or bank account details.

6. Shipping

Shipping terms, the delivery area for 5 L gelato pans, shipping costs and factory pick-up are explained on the Shipping & returns page.

7. Receipt and complaints

Check your order on receipt. If a product is damaged, wrong or missing, contact us on WhatsApp +62 823 2949 8433 with photos of the product and its packaging. Return terms are explained on the Shipping & returns page.

8. Use and storage of products

Follow the recipes and storage instructions on the packaging and on the product page. Gelato is kept in a −22 °C freezer. We are not responsible for results caused by use or storage that does not follow the instructions.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased, within the limits allowed by Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection.

10. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, courier disruptions, power cuts, government decisions).

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are settled amicably, or before the Sleman District Court, Special Region of Yogyakarta.
