SOFTIZ special, large size1 sachet + 2.6 L water

Yield: 435 g = about 1.75 L of mix; large size = about 3.5 L (about 3.4 kg). Flavours: Anggur, Capuccino, Chewing gum, Coklat, Es doger, Leci, Mangga, Stroberi, Taro, Thai tea, Vanila, Bubble gum, Original.

Method

  1. Combine and whisk

    Put all the ingredients in a container (10 L measuring jug) and whisk for 1 minute.

  2. Soft serve machine

    Pour into the soft serve machine. Ready in 20–30 minutes, depending on the machine.

  3. Serve

    Small cone about 40 g, large cone about 60 g.

No. Flavour and milk are already in the powder: just add water.

Prefer your own syrup?

Use regular SOFTIZ with UHT milk and La Gelato syrup.
